What you can do
- Take online appointments. Share a public booking page so customers self-schedule a service, staff member, date, and time slot.
- Manage your service catalogue. Create each service with a name, duration, and price, then assign the staff members who can perform it.
- Run a staff roster. Add team members with their own working hours and available services so the booking page only offers real availability.
- Track every appointment. View bookings in list or calendar form, create them manually, and move them through pending, confirmed, completed, and cancelled.
- Keep customer records. Every appointment captures customer details, building a list you can reuse across CRM, invoicing, and email.
- Set business hours and slots. Define opening times and time-slot length so the calendar only ever offers slots you can actually fill.
