By creating a Mewayz workspace or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and the Security Trust portal. Where there is a conflict, the order of precedence is: signed order form, DPA, then these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. We strongly recommend enabling MFA on every admin account.
One workspace is intended for one organization. You may invite unlimited users to a Business or Agency workspace. White-label resellers may create unlimited tenant workspaces on behalf of their own clients under the Agency tier.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive a 17% discount, billed once at the start of the year. There are no per-seat fees and no per-module fees.
Add-ons with real per-unit costs (SMS, AI tokens beyond the included pool, extra storage) are billed at pass-through cost at the end of each calendar month.
You may cancel any month with one click in Settings → Account. Refunds are pro-rated to the day for annual plans cancelled within 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds — but you keep your data via the export button.
You agree not to use Mewayz to: send unsolicited bulk communications (spam); store or distribute illegal content; reverse-engineer the platform; attempt to disrupt service availability for other customers; or impersonate Mewayz or another organization.
For the avoidance of doubt: emails sent through the platform must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. SMS must comply with TCPA and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not use customer data to train AI models or to derive aggregated insights sold to third parties. See the Data Processing Addendum for details.
You can export all of your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF) via Settings → Export. The export includes all records, the relationship graph between them, and uploaded files. No "premium support" upcharge to leave.
Mewayz, the wordmark, and the platform software are our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.
Agency-tier resellers receive a separate, additional license to re-brand the platform and resell it to their own clients. This license is documented in the Agency Terms, attached as Addendum A to your Order Form.
Mewayz targets 99.95% uptime on Business and 99.99% on Agency, measured monthly. If we miss our SLA, service credits are issued automatically at month-end without requiring a support ticket.
Service credits scale: 99.95–99.0% = 10%; 99.0–95.0% = 25%; below 95% = 50% of monthly fee. Credits applied to your next invoice. See our status page for historic uptime.
The platform is provided "as-is" with the warranties expressly stated in your order form. We warrant that the service will materially conform to the published documentation, and that we will not introduce known malicious code into the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. This is standard language; please don't take it personally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This limitation does not apply to: gross negligence; willful misconduct; breach of confidentiality; or a party's indemnification obligations.
You may terminate any time in-product. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms and fail to cure within 30 days of notice, or immediately for serious violations (illegal content, security threats, repeated abuse).
On termination, your data is purged from production within 30 days. Backups age out at 35 days. Audit-log metadata is retained for 7 years as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mewayz is established, without regard to conflict of laws. For the specific governing jurisdiction and venue, or to raise a formal dispute, contact [email protected].
EU and UK customers may, in addition, bring claims in their local jurisdiction as permitted by GDPR and consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are communicated by email and in-product banner at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.
