Courier Management
Run a courier and parcel-delivery operation end to end — manage parcels, branches, delivery staff, and customers, all inside Mewayz.
Courier Management is one of 150+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It runs your whole delivery workflow — from creating a parcel to handing it to the recipient — and shares customers, payments, and reporting with every other module you switch on. What you can do
- Manage parcels and shipments. Create parcels with sender and receiver details, weight, dimensions, and delivery status.
- Track every delivery. Move each parcel through pending, picked up, in transit, delivered, and returned.
- Run multiple branches. Manage branches or offices, each with its own staff and parcels.
- Dispatch delivery staff. Add delivery staff and assign parcels to them for pickup and drop-off.
- Keep customer records. Manage sender and receiver records you can reuse across the platform.
- Report on operations. See total parcels, delivered, in-transit, and pending shipments plus revenue and branch performance on the dashboard.
How to enable Courier Management
- Open the module marketplace. In your Mewayz dashboard, go to Modules and find Courier Management.
