Requests
An internal requests-and-approvals workflow for your team — submit, route, review, and approve, all inside Mewayz.
Requests is one of 150+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It runs your whole approval workflow — from a team member raising a request to an approver signing it off — and shares people and reporting with every other module you switch on. Turn it on when you need it, off when you don't; like every Mewayz plan it's white-label, so you can even run it under your own brand.
What you can do
- Raise and track requests. Create requests, assign them to approvers, and follow each one through pending, approved, and rejected.
- Route approvals automatically. Define who approves which requests so they reach the right person without chasing.
- Organise by category. Group requests by category or type to keep the queue clean.
- Collaborate in context. Add comments and notes to a request so the decision and its reasoning stay together.
- Report on the workflow. See total requests, pending, approved, and rejected on the dashboard, with volume and approval-time reports.
How to enable Requests
- Open the module marketplace. In your Mewayz dashboard, go to Modules and find Requests.

- Set up your first request type. Define a category and its approval rule, then raise a request against it.
