ZATCA
Saudi Arabia e-invoicing compliance — generate ZATCA-compliant tax invoices with the required VAT fields and a QR-code tag, inside Mewayz.
ZATCA is one of 150+ modules in the Mewayz platform. It makes your invoices compliant with Saudi Arabia's Fatoora e-invoicing rules from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and it plugs straight into the Invoicing you already run in Mewayz. Turn it on when you need it, off when you don't; like every Mewayz plan it's white-label, so you can even run it under your own brand.
What you can do
- Generate compliant tax invoices. Every invoice carries the fields ZATCA requires — seller name, VAT registration number, timestamp, total, and VAT amount.
- Add the required QR-code tag. Each invoice gets a ZATCA-standard QR-code tag that can be checked with the authority's official scanner app.
- Configure your VAT details once. Enable the tax number in company settings, enter your Saudi VAT registration number, and it flows onto every invoice automatically.
- Work inside your existing invoices. ZATCA layers onto the Invoicing module, so there's no separate billing tool to learn.
- Support Arabic invoices. Produce invoices that meet local language and formatting expectations for Saudi customers.
How to enable ZATCA
- Open the module marketplace. In your Mewayz dashboard, go to Modules and find ZATCA.
- Switch it on. Activate it on any plan with a free module slot — no setup fee, no per-seat pricing. Step-by-step: enabling a module →
- Enter your VAT number. In company settings, enable the tax number and add your Saudi VAT registration number; the compliant QR-code tag then appears on your invoices.
Good to know
- One platform, not ten subscriptions. ZATCA shares customers, taxes, and reporting with Invoicing, Accounting, and POS — nothing to integrate.
- White-label and resell. Run it under your own brand, or resell Mewayz to other businesses and keep up to 100%. See the reseller program →
